Dr. Elke Brenstein
Elke has over 20 years of experience as a learning and development consultant in academic and business settings in the US and Germany. With a Master degree in Anthropology and a PhD in Psychology, Elke has a keen interest in diversity and the differences between people that sometimes get in the way of personal, team and leadership effectiveness. Her strong desire to apply her knowlegde has led her to leave academia to work as an independent consultant, trainer, and coach.
She enjoys conducting interactive train-the-trainer and participant workshops, but also finds individual, in-depth coaching interactions very rewarding. As a qualified Systemic Business Coach, she is committed to helping individuals discover and develop their unique talents and approaches to learning as they pursue their personal and professional goals.
Elke is a champion of collaboration and win-win-win solutions. Her client base is very diverse, ranging from private individuals and small and medium size businesses to international corporations as well as educational institutions. After 16 years in the US, she now enjoys living in Potsdam with her husband and two children (since 1995).
